Job Description
The Tildenet Group Ltd, a leading brand on the world market, is based in Bristol with five divisions in the group offering services to the Garden Retail, Horticulture, Sport, Industrial, and Fencing industries as well as direct to consumers.
You will work as part of the Sales team in our prestige garden structures brand, Agriframes, supporting the delivery of excellent customer service and ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and deliveries made on time.
This role will include:
- Acting as first point of contact for customer enquiries with the aim of providing excellent service and converting these enquiries to sales
- Speaking with customers over the telephone, taking orders and resolving issues as required
- Accurate input of customer orders into the order-entry system to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and effective manner
- Providing a key link between the Sales and delivery teams to ensure excellent levels of customer service are maintained
- Taking ownership of systems and processes to maintain efficient management of orders
- Taking responsibility for the administration and filing of any related paperwork
The ideal candidate will have :
o Previous customer service or sales experience in an office environment
o Experience with MS Office software, especially Excel, Word and Outlook and database experience
o Strong attention to detail and process
o Good "business" communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders and support functions
o A professional and polished telephone manner
o A positive and proactive mindset
o A flexible and hands-on approach to working in a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
