About the role:
We have the opportunity for you to join something special. We are looking for an individual to join our Customer Resolution team for a 12 Month's Secondment.
As a Customer Resolution Officer, you will have our members at the heart of all you do, by providing and promoting excellent customer service to our members and delivering remediation to customer complainants in line with policy, procedure, mandate levels and redress schedule.
You will also be a key part of the production of MI and understanding the root causes to improve the service delivered throughout the Society
We will provide you with continuous training and development adding to your skills to allow you to grow and progress your career within the Darlington Building Society
We are looking for people who:
