Overview:
Waters are looking for an Customer Order Processor to support the very successful growth of our businesses.
As a Customer Order Processor you will work closely with Europe North / EMEA to ensure timely order processing. You will be passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction and can work objectively and execute daily routine tasks with great attention to details and accuracy. This role is a hybrid role so you will need to live a commutable distance from our Wilmslow office.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customers enquiries, order entry and all customer services related areas and follow through on orders up to closure

Handle SAP Order Process (customer creation, order entry, delivery and billing process)

Communicate with customers on L/C or A/P payments and delivery time requirements

Provide consultancy on shipping advice to customers

Update of weekly sales order backlog report and L/C report

Support the team and perform cross functional activities when necessary

Participate in process improvement activities to streamline the departments workflow
Qualifications:
Experience:

Order management experience
- Experience in SAP and Office 365 is a plus

Contract Management experience is desired but not essential
