We have the opportunity for Full Time staff to join our Customer Experience Team at our Head Office in Livingston. The schuh Customer Experience Department is a fast paced environment where the customer always comes first. The Customer Experience Department is open 7 days a week. Current opening hours are;
Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm / Saturday 9.30-5 / Sunday 10.30-5
(Opening hours will be extended at busier times of the year)
Full Time hours are 37.5 hours per week. The working week is 5 days from 7, including some evening and weekend hours.
The position will consist of both remote and office based working therefore candidates must be able to travel to our Livingston Head Office.

You will be expected to:
- Effectively engage with customers via video and text chat services.
- Deal with service related queries through various social media platforms.
- Deal efficiently and professionally with customers via phone and email.
- Help our high street stores with any problems or queries.
About the location
Neilson Square is the home of our original warehouse and distribution centre, as well as many head office functions. Situated in Livingston, our site is in-between Edinburgh and Glasgow and very easily reached by car and public transport.
