Job Introduction
We are recruiting a Corporate Receptionist to be part of the Rapport team, based at our client's offices in Canary Wharf. The client is a Global Bank. You will be part of a diverse, 25-strong team.
This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability spark an immediate Rapport with building visitors upon arrival. You will be an integral part of an experienced welcome reception team based on the Ground Floor of the client's offices. This is a fast-paced, high-volume reception. This role is a 40 hour/week job with 8 hour shifts are Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm.
Primarily based at the client's high volume flagship building in Canary Wharf, your main responsibilities are to work seamlessly with the entire division to create memorable arrival and departure experience for our clients and their guests. The ability to take ownership and want to grow is key to success. This role is primarily part of the ground floor reception team, welcoming a wide variety of customers to both the bank and the various tenants.
The ideal candidate will thrive as part of a multisite team but also have the ability to work independently when required, has great attention to detail and a positive, yet realistic outlook. This is a role that requires natural flair to deal with a great number of stakeholders, VIPs, both internal and external, being process driven would be an advantage.
