Our Consulting Graduate Programme
The Consulting group at Lendlease is renowned for our positive, proactive and solution orientated approach to addressing clients’ project and programme management needs. Lendlease Consulting’s focus is on Project & Programme services, including project management, commercial management, project controls, PMO, safety expertise, and fully Integrated Delivery Partner model. Our varied client base is drawn from national and local government, public agencies, and the private sector. Our 2-year Consulting Graduate Stream is designed to enhance your technical skills, to support your personal and professional development and to help you develop capabilities essential for your success. Our Consulting graduates are enabled to reach their full potential and grow a career, whilst provided with market competitive benefits and incentives that reward outstanding performance.
Your duties include but are not limited to:

Assuming responsibility for producing key project deliverables from the moment you join the business whilst interfacing daily with clients and senior managers within Lendlease alike.

Working on our business development activities, including bidding for new work and our marketing activities.

Working within Lendlease and/or client teams to solve problems, improve processes and drive industry best practice.

You will also be given access to our Technology consultancy group, Cost Management team and Principal Designer activities with a view to broadening your understanding of our service offering.
Your profile:
-
The right to live and work in the UK.

Relevant industry degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or similar built environment degree. Degree to be accredited by an industry professional body (e.g. RICS, ICE or CIOB).

Alternative to the built environment degree with additional Unique Selling Point (USP), with demonstrable innovation or entrepreneurship skills

Predicted 2:1 of higher bachelor’s degree across study fields; applications from Master’s degree holders are also welcome.

Industry experience in form of sandwich course, summer placement or previous industry experience would be highly advantageous.

Based (or willing to relocate to) London or Manchester.

Mentoring support: You will be buddied up with a Senior member of the team who will guide and mentor you whilst in the graduate programme.
