Based in Cookstown, RE:SURE is one of the UK and Ireland's foremost CCTV and Alarm Monitoring Centres. Due to significant ongoing growth, RE:SURE is expanding our current team by more than 50%.
We are looking for great people to strengthen our operations team in our state-of-the-art 24-7 Control Centre in Cookstown.
We have part-time positions available in 4 hours shift patterns , with a focus on days, nights and weekends.* The around-the-clock nature of our services means that we can suit various personal circumstances.*

Job Essentials:
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
- Proficient IT skills, including Outlook
- An ability to act calmly and make decisions in difficult/crises, and a fast-paced environment
- An ability to write out incident reports for management/clients
- Excellent telephone manner
- Lives within reasonable proximity of Cookstown (ideally less than 45 minutes)
- Flexible and able to work nights, days and weekends as per the roster
- Provide a five-year vettable history, and criminal records check
- Be an excellent team player, flexible and conscientious
Candidate Desirables:
- Previous experience in the provision of security monitoring
- Some experience in the provision of security surveillance using CCTV
- Own an SIA and PSA CCTV License or be willing to attain one within the first three months of joining RE:SURE.
Job Role:
- Issue real-time audio challenges to properties all over Ireland and the UK to prevent damage to customer properties (if you are shy, don't apply!)
- Monitor CCTV, manage barrier and gate controls
- Handle a variety of alarm activations
- Professionally handle large volumes of inbound and outbound phone calls
- Quickly and effectively respond to incidents when they occur, creating accurate incident reports
Full training will be given to successful candidates. An SIA and PSA license is required to work in RE:SURE; however, don't worry about that - the company will help you out to get one ASAP if we think you are the right fit for us.

Rates of Pay:
As the company becomes more successful, so will all of its employees. Additional company performance bonuses are in play after 6 months, which act as a top-up ranging from £0.50 to £1+ per hour extra. We also offer private health insurance.
