You will be joining Oodle's Transformation team. This is a dynamic, agile team that is at the heart of Oodle – we bridge the gap between technical and operational teams to create tailored solutions to drive Oodle towards its growth targets.
Role Description
As a Business Analyst you will be supporting the Head of Business Transformation to deliver strategic programmes of work that drive organisational efficiency, effectiveness, cost reduction and value optimisation. You will have the opportunity to work across all levels and areas of the end-to-end project lifecycle – from strategy through to execution. It is important that you can both dive into the complexity and detail of operational running of the business, while still being able to clearly articulate strategic problems and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of Oodle's strategic projects – working across the delivery lifecycle as needed, from strategy through to implementation
- Identify, understand & manage issues arising in the day to day operational running of the business
- Identify risks and issues associated with strategic projects and operations, suggesting appropriate mitigants and escalations where appropriate
- Design and facilitate workshops and working groups to elicit feedback from stakeholders, to drive continuous improvement & optimisation of processes
- Work independently & with business leads to design recommended solutions (either operationally or technically) to any requirements identified
- Communicate the benefits of your recommendations across departments and help to address any uncertainty or concern
- Help to drive & embed lasting change in the business – engaging with key stakeholders across operations, product & engineering teams
- Help to ensure that all initiatives & operational procedures operate in line with Regulatory requirements and within the business's agreed risk appetite
Core Skills
- Minimum of 3 years working in a business analyst, transformation or change management role
- Experience in operational, process or organizational design and related change management activities
- Worked across the full lifecycle of a project in both structured and agile environments
- Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and showing flexibility in the approach to Strategy, Transformation, and Business Analysis
- Strong stakeholder management experience working with Operations, Technology and other Business leaders
- Able to manage your own time, be pro-active and follow tasks through to completion
- The ability to work under pressure and to strict time frames
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Location: Oxford or London – with some home working.
Reporting Structure: Reporting to the Head of Business Transformation
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week - 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
