What is the Role?
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Decisioning Optimisation team within CVM as business analyst! The team is focussed on improving the accuracy of decisions across all channels and contact points with customers, through continuous improvement of our centralised decisioning systems to meet CRG strategy and objectives.
What would I focus on as a Business Analyst?
You’ll strive to deliver the highest quality business analysis outputs and artefacts whilst supporting your team through delivery. Examples of which include:

An understanding of full project/change lifecycle, including experience working with Agile tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) would be advantageous.
Here’s how you’ll make a difference:

Support the team with analysis from gathering scope and requirements at inception through design, build and test, and into delivery.

Support the Product Owner to understand business problems, critically evaluating of business ideas from a customer and a commercial point of view.

Development and documenting 'as is' and 'to be' process models and Colleague, Customer Journeys

Own analysis and investigations required and progress them independently, and where required, through leading and supporting others.
