We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join us within our small office team.
Administration and compliance experience is important for this role, preferably within a transport related background.
A can do approach and the ability to get on with all is also vital.
This role is full time, Monday to Friday 0830 - 1700hrs.
£22-24k per year.
Job Duties:
- Processing Transport Requests
- Supporting the transport team
- Monitoring driver and vehicle compliance
- Liaising with customers / drivers over daily runs
- Vehicle and load related data entry
- Maintaining our recognised transport body accreditations
- Purchasing supplies and equipment
- Supporting the Finance and Admin Team
- General Admin

- Ability to prioritise workload in a high volume, fast paced environment

- Geographical and transport knowledge, or a willingness to learn
