The Role:
An administrative assistant role which will provide support to a high performing team of four Assistants within Infracapital. The role will include undertaking general administrative tasks such as processing expenses for the wider Infracapital team, liaising across multiple departments within M&G such as IT, assisting with making travel arrangements for the team and providing holiday and sickness cover within the PA team.
The role will provide an excellent opportunity for the individual to gain valuable experience within investment management in a rapidly growing, fast-paced organisation.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

To work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in M&G’s operational risk.

General administration including submitting expenses and invoices for the team

Liaising with IT and other internal departments within M&G

Assisting with events organisation where required which may include the Christmas Party, offsites and wider team social events.

Assisting with the booking of travel for the team when needed

Printing and binding for external meetings

Collating meeting packs and compliance documents

Processing system access requests for team members

Coordinating on-boarding for new joiners

Providing cover for PA’s when on leave

General office upkeep
