Accommodation & Housekeeping Supervisor

Salary: £12.25 per hour
Contract Type: Seasonal (March to November)
Hours: Hours are variable depending on arrivals and departures due each week. Core days are Monday, Friday and Saturday for regular check-ins and check-outs. Additional days may be required during peak times.
Limited free transport to/from the park is available on our core days. Please enquire for further details.

About the Role: Our Accommodation & Housekeeping Supervisors are responsible for managing the park accommodation team to ensure that high standards are maintained, health & safety requirements are adhered to and customer service standards are exceeded. Our Accommodation & Housekeeping Supervisors are hands-on, they manage the work allocation for their team and also carry out housekeeping tasks as needed. Our Accommodation & Housekeeping Team look after the cleanliness and presentation of our holiday hire accommodation as well as on-park facilities. The role is key to ensuring our customers receive the high standard of accommodation they expect from a Verdant park and, in the event of any problems, they are dealt with and resolved quickly and professionally.
About the Person: We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to supervise team members and demonstrate effective ways of motivating them to achieve excellence. You will need to be enthusiastic and well organised with a meticulous attention to detail. You should be able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously and be able to prioritise effectively.
Above all, you will need to have the right attitude. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and so we expect you to do everything in your power to make their Verdant experience the absolute best it could possibly be. We don’t believe in ‘that’s not my job’ so you will need to be adaptable and flexible to help the wider park team meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
