We are recruiting for a Group IT Vendor Manager. Reporting to the Head of IT Supplier & Commercial Management (S&CM), the Group IT Vendor Manager will be responsible for for supplier relationship management for all Technology Vendors under the management of the Group Technology and Systems (T&S) team.
This role is based out of Doxford Park, Sunderland and as per our 2-2-1 hybrid working policy the successful candidate would be required to attend our Sunderland office 2 days per week - the rest entirely up to you focusing on where you can best deliver for your customers, whilst still allowing for the required work life balance.
Significant experience in an ITIL aligned environment.- ITIL foundation qualification required.
- ITIL Intermediate Level preferred.
- Proven Vendor Relationship Management experience to ensure that key processes are maintained to agreed standards.
- Proven experience in driving cost reduction and value for money in service agreements.
- Experience with Contracting, Negotiation and Finance and vendor management.
- Reporting/Dashboard creation and maintenance and excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to lead change and influence others.
- Experience of preparing the supporting material for regular service performance reviews with IT Service Integrators / vendors monthly.

Please note, as part of the role you may be required to work as part of a 24 x 7 x 365 on call rota.
