We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Consultant to join our friendly Innovation Team at Mtech Access. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in a dynamic and rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate would have a high work ethic, be team-oriented and hands-on in a varied role. As a senior member of the team there will be a real opportunity to shape the strategy, approach and team culture.
The purpose of the role is to develop new consulting products and services, transform ways of working and provide innovation expertise to support client projects.
This is a permanent UK based position which can be based from any of our office locations. Applications must have the right to work in the UK.
Working alongside the Chief Innovation Officer, this role will involve a wide variety; including but not limited to:
- Developing and running high value innovation initiatives and projects
- Developing new products and services, new markets and new ways of working
- Expanding innovation resources and capabilities to deliver sustainable competitive advantage through partnerships, allyships and joint ventures
- Creating a pipeline of investment and revenue to be able to expand innovation opportunities
- Being part of the development of innovation as a platform service for Mtech Access colleagues and clients
- Provide innovation leadership for the business
Essential
- A postgraduate qualification (PhD, MBA, MSc)
- Evidence of professional development
- Thought leadership in innovation and digital
- The ability to demonstrate critical and strategic thinking
- Confidence to work at board level
- Experience as a management consultant
- Creative with an outcomes focus
- Direct experience in the healthcare sector (NHS. Pharmaceutical, MedTech)
- A good grasp of the changing use of digital in healthcare
- Research and analytical skills
- Market research, product and service development experience
