We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Receptionist. You would be the first point of contact at our Costa offices in Loudwater.

A bit about the role...
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who is an excellent communicator to be the first point of contact for visitors. Hours will be 10:30am – 6:00pm Monday – Friday. Key responsibilities will include:
- Support the day-to-day management of reception and the Costa estate.
- Responsible for customer facing role at reception, meeting and greeting and enabling safe site access.
- Facilitate control of incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
- Provide reception/facilities support to all site visitors.
- Facilities administration support to office as required
