Job Title: Assistant Property Manager
Location: King's Cross
Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 (Core Hours)
Salary: £35-45,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Property Manager with day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and values.
- Act as the main point of contact for occupiers and service partners, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Drive an operationally efficient and economically competitive commercial environment for occupiers.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the investment value of the estate for the landlord.
- Maintain effective management systems for security, maintenance, cleaning, and health & safety.
- Support the management of health, safety, and wellbeing for all users of the estate.
- Collaborate with the property team to implement objectives and initiatives efficiently and ethically.
- Assist in setting and managing economically competitive commercial service charge budgets.
- Ensure completion of administrative tasks and maintain high-quality documentation.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, including occupier representatives and service partners.
- Actively engage with the wider property team to drive innovation and operational excellence.
- Support ESG initiatives and promote sustainability practices.
- Nurture a positive and motivated team environment, encouraging a can-do attitude.
- Collaborate with service partners and contractors, ensuring performance meets agreed standards.
- Maintain compliance with statutory regulations and oversee relevant inspections and audits
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in property/facilities management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and compliance.
- Administrative proficiency.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
