Post Office Assistant Required for busy local shop
You must have previous Post Office Experience, you will provide a wide range of postal services to customers, plus other services, Duties to include:
- selling stamps
- weighing, measuring and mailing letters and parcels
- sending mail
- bill payments
- foreign currency
- pensions and benefits
- banking services
- car tax
The ideal candidate must be polite and helpful when communicating with customers, able to use numbers and handle cash accurately and confidently. Able to keep accurate records, capable of working under minimum supervision and as a member of a team, able to work well under pressure at busy times.
Immediate Start Available, only candidates with previous post office experience will be considered
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £10.42 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
