Recruitment Advisor - Remote Position - Part Time
NewsTeam Group are currently looking to recruit a number of Part Time Recruitment Advisors to join our ever-expanding team based across the United Kingdom.
We are the UK’s fastest growing newspaper and magazine delivery company.
We provide newspaper and magazine delivery services to over 65,000 households and businesses daily across the UK. The success of our business depends on providing a reliable delivery service, with simple and efficient ways for our customers to contact us.
Key Responsibilities
As a Recruitment advisor, you will need to be passionate about the service we are providing and bring a positive energy and attitude to the team. Making calls to candidates who have applied online, explaining the driver positions we offer and doing everything possible to ensure they remain interested in the role and join our growing delivery network.
- Managing all tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Work with accuracy and have a great eye for detail.
- Passionate and hungry to succeed.
- Money oriented and goal driven.
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.42 P/H
Plus an uncapped bonus structure with an OTE £600 a month
15 hours P/W Part Time
Saturday and Sunday 9 - 5.30, 1 hour dinner, 7.5 paid hours.
Successful applicants will also have the opportunity to work additional hours in the week along side the weekend hours.
If you have your own computer equipment, immediate starts are available. Full training will be provided.
