• 
  Assisting partners and senior colleagues in the acquisition and disposal of commercial real estate assets.
• The asset management of individual properties and portfolios including the granting of agreements for lease, leases and licences, lease renewals and rent reviews.
• Supporting our colleagues in the corporate department on the real estate aspects of corporate transactions
• Assisting on large scale portfolio transactions including dealing with certificates of title.
• High levels of client contact and client liaison responsibilities.

Key Skills & Experience

• 
  Qualified solicitor with 0-2 years post qualification experience in real estate transactional matters including Landlord and Tenant matters.
• Qualification from another well-known real estate firm with at least one 6 month seat in the real estate department during traineeship
• Relevant ‘hands-on’ work experience and client management skills.
• Good knowledge of English Land Law and Landlord and Tenant law.
• Previous experience of acting for investor clients and corporate occupiers on Landlord and Tenant matters.
• Strong interpersonal skills and sound time/case management skills.
• Positive mind-set and capable of working well with colleagues at all levels.
