We are now recruiting at Titanic Spa
Position available: FULL TIME RECEPTIONIST
37.5 hours per week
5 days per week
Usual shifts range from 7.30am to 10.30pm on a rota basis including weekends and bank holidays.
Titanic Spa is the UK's First Eco Spa and One of the Country's Leading Destination Spa. Due to the success of our business, we are now seeking a Full-Time Receptionist.
You will be able to provide a 5* service when welcoming guests. You will hold excellent customer service standards, supportive and professional team skills. Be able to ensure that the business standards are always maintained to the highest level and your professionalism, honesty, personal presentation and guests satisfaction is always maintained.
At TITANIC Spa, we pride ourselves on delivering a high standard across the complete client journey, including overnight stays in our luxury furnished apartments.
Main responsibilities include:
- Ensure 5* customer service is being maintained with each guest approaching the reception desk.
- Dealing with enquiries at the desk and over the phone.
- Checking guests in and out of the spa.
- Taking guests on tours of the facilities.
- Handling cash and card payments.
- Upselling treatments to hit monthly targets.
- Assist the Reception Manager with delegated tasks.
