Job Description
Role Objectives:
Objective of this role is to undertake the bookkeeping for Property trading companies, Property investment/rental companies, Wickers Charity and other related companies in the Aitch Group. Using Qube software and working closely with others in the finance team as well as with various other departments within Aitch Group.
Key Responsibilities:
· Posting supplier invoices on Qube
· Preparing payment runs accurately and on timely basis
· Bank reconciliations on daily/weekly basis
· Various loans reconciliations on daily/weekly basis
· Obtaining all the relevant information from various sources for completeness of recordkeeping
· Posting property sale and purchasing completion statistics
· Preparing VAT returns for relevant companies
· Raising sales & cost recharge invoices
· Intercompany matrix reconciliations (weekly)
· Prepare and submit CT61 and any other statutory returns if required
· Filing, scanning and other general office duties
