We are looking for Home Care Assistants to join our reablement team in the scenic southern region of Bath & North East Somerset. The role requires some flexibility with travel across the small villages in the South Banes area and therefore driving is essential.

As a Home Care Assistant you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our clients in their own homes. Typical day to day duties may include companionship, personal care, medication administration, moving & handling and support with feeding. Some of our clients may also require support with more advanced care needs, however full training is provided when you join us.
Requirements: (please note all of these requirements must be met to be considered for the role)
- Living in Bath and North East Somerset/ Bristol is essential
- Have a smartphone with access to data to use our technology
- Driving license with own car car is essential
