Lace & Beads is an ever-evolving fashion brand looking for a skilled accounts assistant/book keeper to manage our day to day financial tasks.
It is essential the candidate must have attention to detail, strong numeracy and IT skills and have experience with QuickBooks ONLINE. We are looking for someone with a very positive attitude, have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and well organized to ensure deadlines are hit without fail.
Job description:
Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments.
Ensuring timely collection for payments
Monitoring work in progress deliveries and monitoring when they are ready for invoicing
Dealing with Queries, discrepancies, and errors.
Completing Vat returns
Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
