We are the Motorpoint Arena & National Ice Centre, Nottingham. The largest entertainment venue in the East Midlands and home to the Nottingham Panthers. Showcasing the biggest names in music, comedy, entertainment, and sport, we host over 150 events and welcome 800,000+ visitors through our doors every year.
We are currently looking for Hospitality Assistants to join our team to work across all Hospitality areas. Our hospitality team deliver extraordinary hospitality experiences in our Executive Suites, Spotlight Restaurant, Bar 1946 and our brand new Green Room Lounge.

WHAT ARE THE KEY DUTIES?
- Waiting on guests
- Order taking including accurate communication of dietary requirements
- Understanding the food and drink menus and being able to advise the guests appropriately
- Serving food and beverages as well as preparing beverages
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Preparing all hospitality areas ready for service
- Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards in all working areas
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- People focused, well presented and polite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience of waiting is essential
- Experience of working on a bar would be an advantage
- Previous experience of using a till and taking cash and card payments is preferred
