Swansea Bay Home Care Services is an established Domiciliary Care Provider, offering quality services to clients in their own homes in the Swansea area.

Our Staff are paid up to £12.50 per hour (Monday to Sunday). You will also receive pay whilst you are travelling between your calls. Your mileage is paid at 0.45p per mile.
We now require additional Community Care Workers to work flexibly, covering weekdays/weekends days, teas and evenings. All posts are permanent and working flexible hours can be arranged. Uniform is supplied, and you will be supported to complete a QCF level 2 in Health and Social Care and all the mandatory training which is required by our Governing Body (CIW).
There is scope within the business to develop and the opportunity to complete a QCF3, QCF4 and QCF5.
Driving Licence and access to a car is essential for this post.
You are required to work as part of a team, have good communication and listening skills, be able to respond to an emergency appropriately and to carry out instruction as directed by the Home Care Manager/Care Co-ordinator.
