We are currently looking for new team members to join our academy who will be an important part to the future of our business. Key Skills Required
- Customer Service Experience is essential.
- The ability to communicate confidently with people, either over the phone or in person
- A passion to learn and prepared to embrace the journey to become a successful and knowledgeable Travel Specialist
- To be able to work as part of a team and ensuring that people are at the heart of everything you do
- Be driven to succeed your goals and be the best version of yourself that you can be.
What training will be provided in year one:-
- Customer Service skills
- Selling skills
- System training
- A wide variety of product training to include, river and ocean cruising, escorted touring, tailor made holidays, European and worldwide package holidays.
- Destination training - starting with key destinations such as Australia and Canada
- Selling Insurance
- Foreign Exchange
We are looking for full or part-time (minimum of 3 days a week to include Saturdays on a rota)
Salary starts from £19,851 (based on full time) but our bonuses are one of the best in the industry and our key sales staff are earning up to £18,000 on top of their salary right now.
