Business Development Programmes Intern
The BDR Programmes Intern would work as a core contributor to the Global Business Development Productivity Programme. This programme operates as a feedback cycle of identifying opportunities to improve BDR productivity and culture, and responding with programmatic solutions.
The primary productivity objective of the role would be to work alongside the Global Business Development Productivity Manager in reducing BDR ramping up time, and increase ramped BDR productivity.
What you'll do:
Your contribution to productivity programmes would be focused on 3 main areas:
Content management: BDR Online Site & Playbook
Work to strengthen and expand the relationships between a top performing committee of BDRs and internal SMEs to ensure messaging and playbook materials are worked on in a validated and scalable way.
Coordinate and manage the products of these contributors, working to make best-practice material more efficiently available on mini-sites (google sites), onboarding learning management platform (Mindtickle), and BDR playbook.
Audit and report on BDR engagement with playbook, onboarding, messaging library in outreach, and marketing content, in order to identify what resources are successful, and where gaps exist (e.g. demand for target industry/ campaign/ region/ asset type)
Investigation: The potential for use of LLMs in the BDR role
Conduct fieldwork into the use cases with which BDRs are leveraging LLMs to carry out tasks today (internally & externally).
Collect data on the performance of LLM generated messaging Vs BDR self -scripted messaging (open & reply rate).
Create best practice guidance for BDR use of LLMs in their workflow.
Supporting a high performing and fun Global BDR Culture
Link the global network of BDRs in a way that instills common purpose, inspires high performance, and enables best practice sharing and adoption of the Dataiku BDR Playbook.
Orchestrate productivity related communications to motivate BDRs around SPIFFS, Call Blitzes, and onboarding process.
