Your role
You inspire our customers with our scanning electron microscopy (SEM) solutions during product demonstrations and trainings. Your responsibilities include:

conduct SEM product demonstrations, customer trainings and factory acceptance tests

generate and present application collateral and customer training material

consult our customers, sales, marketing and product management with your application expertise

validate new products together with product management, marketing and R&D

actively contribute to customer workshops and conferences

Your profile
-
M.Sc. in Material Science or related disciplines, including at least 2 years relevant experience in industry or academia in a science discipline using electron microscopy techniques (Ph.D. is preferred)

high level of proficiency in operating scanning electron microscopes (SEM)
-
experience in semiconductor industry or research, additional experience in Minerolagy or Geoscience desirable
-
knowledge of and experience in sample preparation techniques of materials and semiconductor samples for electron microscopy

experience in image processing and software programming desired

passion to solve complex challenges as part of our team in a structured and responsible manner

passion to professionally serve our customers with high empathy and competence while being a great communicator

willingness to travel internationally for up to 50%
