The role
PwC and Invest NI have invested £40M in a new Advanced Research and Engineering Centre (ARC) based in our brand new state of the art office in Belfast. Our team of software specialists collaborate with business experts and academics to design, develop and launch products to support the Operate business.
The Digital Transformation Lead is responsible for transforming the way that we deliver our Execution Managed Services. Improving Speed, Quality and Experience of our delivery processes by simplifying and automating the processes as much as possible. Providing more insight and agility.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
The Digital Transformation Lead will lead and manage a virtual team of business process architects, Data Analysts, Automation consultants combined with subject matter experts of the operational process.
As Digital Transformation Lead you bring a solid experience of delivering digital process transformation, with clear business benefits.
You are comfortable in both agile and waterfall delivery
You have a good understanding of the latest automation capabilities like robotics, AI and workflow management.
You have a structured approach to change management and as the change leader your communication both verbally and in writing is excellent.
Skills and experience
Proven experience leading digital process transformation
Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques
Good understanding of IT process domain
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex issues simply and with Impact as senior and executive level.
