Production Assistant
Due to our continued expansion we are on the lookout for Production Assistants to work within our food production team.
Responsibilities of the role:
· Assisting in the creation of both savoury and sweet pastry & food production to a high standard
· Following health, safety, and food hygiene practices
· Operate and follow machine operation and safety procedures
· Maintaining a clean and organised workspace within your department
· Be prepared to work in a consistent manner to ensure our award winning products are prepared to a high quality and ready for our customers.
· Assisting other chefs when required.
· Assisting colleagues in the Picking and Packing area during high volume periods
· Be flexible to ensure we can meet the demands of our customers
· Ensure all areas are cleaned to standards at the end of each day
· Supporting your team members during your working day
· Any other kitchen duties where required
