We are seeking a Coordinator to join our TA team! As our Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and support our growing store network across the UK. Your focus will be on enhancing efficiency, pace and compliance in both internal and external hiring.

A bit about the role...
The focus will be on the ensuring efficiency, pace, and compliance for recruitment within our stores network, ensuring a first-class experience for candidates and hiring managers. The scope of such recruitment will be internal and external hiring for UK stores
- Manage queries and issues that arise as part of the hiring journey
- Adhere to strict SLAs
- Recruitment system administration
- Working in a team of 2 supporting the wider TA team
- Ensure Retail is 100% complaint on recruitment processes

- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication with confidence to partake in conference calls and video meetings
- Proficient in MS Excel and ability to hand large amounts of data
- Ability to work at a very fast pace, with a resilient mindset
- Goal orientated, comfortable with targets and SLAs
- Must be available for immediate start

Location: Remote - Must be based within 60 minutes of Loudwater, Buckinghamshire.
