An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Editorial Assistant with a Media & Events company that works with clients across the globe arranging exhibitions to promote climate change, sustainability etc.

Job Description:

• Writing and producing articles and news for international conferences and exhibitions
• Liaising with clients/exhibitors from a variety of sectors including automobiles, aviation, recycling, hydrogen, plastics and metals
• Producing weekly newsletters for clients
• Working closely with sales & marketing teams
• Liaising with artworkers/designers
• Writing/researching/interviewing
• Writing news articles
• Assisting with website updates

Person Specification:

• 1 years’ + experience within an editorial role or a Graduate with an editorial or media related degree
• Hardworking, friendly team player with a good sense of humour
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work to tight deadlines, thrives on pressure

Additional Information:

• Based in Guildford (hybrid will be considered)
• £25-28,000
• Opportunity of overseas travel to attend some events, if desired
