Salary: £1,000 p/m retainer + 10% Commission p/m once the miniumum threshold of £10,000 worth of business has been reached.
Operating Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 18:00
- Friday: 10:00 - 14:00
Job Description:
Our client is on the hunt for highly experienced Life Insurance Advisors to work on a Self-Employed basis. As a Life Insurance Advisor, you will be offering an advised service to Qualified Leads that are passed over via Hot-Key from the internal Lead Generation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offering A can-do attitude to your work
- Delivering telephone-based Life Insurance Protection advice
- Dealing with Hotkey's transferred each day
- Ensuring that FCA regulations are met
- Maximising productivity and results by effectively managing time and business pipeline
- Following agreed advice process, completing a general fact find, needs analysis
- Working towards targets and KPIs
The Candidate:
- (Required) Have a minimum 2 years of Life Insurance Sales
- Own equipment (Laptop/PC, Headset & stable internet)
- Computer literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Excellent telephone handling skills
- Excellent letter-writing skills
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Strong time management skills
- Used to working to targets in a pressured environment
- Ability to work well as an individual and as a member of a team
- An excellent timekeeper with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of our customers
