Job Description:
As a real estate agent/lettings you will be responsible for handling all aspects of the transaction from the pre-sale through post-closing. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive attitude and working with all parties involved in the transaction. Basically a all rounder, with a 1year minimum experience required is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the owner of the property during the letting process.
- Communicate with owners and on a daily basis.
- interviewing process.
- Emailing.
- Property management.
- Delegating.
- Liaising with customers and landlords in a professional manner.
- Self motivated ,presentable.
- Good typing skills & numeracy skills
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: From £12,500.00 per year
