This newly-created position will provide operational support to Lockton's P&C Retail business in the London office.

The position will involve a number of duties which include:

• 
  Monthly forecasting and financial reporting
• Support budget process
• Monitoring KPI reports / exception reports / dashboards including: Invoicing, CC, EOC, PPW, Unrenewed Risks
• Manage relationship with processing teams in Technical Solutions
• IBA - credit control meetings; bad debt management; escalation point for issues & query management
• File audit selection and completion (QAFA)
• KPMG audit samples - completion of quarterly & annual samples
• Day to dat business support on operational queries
• Internal audit - management of process and post audit actions
• Implementation of operational change
• Product Governance / Delegated Authority Management
• Attend regional exec meetings and prepare operations pack

Lockton are seeking candidates with prior , relevant operations experience to apply to this position, ideally with a good understanding of the insurance market.
