As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a vital role in optimizing our application life cycle, and CI/CD procedures, ensuring efficient and reliable infrastructure and deployment processes. Working side-by-side with our excellent team of Quantitative, Data and Software Developers, your expertise in automation and continuous integration and delivery will be crucial in driving the success of our projects.

Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for multiple software projects, ensuring efficient and reliable code integration, testing, and deployment

Automate the configuration, deployment, and monitoring of applications and infrastructure using relevant tools to continuously perform vulnerability assessments and risk management to ensure that our systems are safe and secure

Monitor, analyze and report performance statistics for cloud-hosted environments, improving deployment processes within GCP

Develop and automate standard operating procedures around common failure scenarios

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in DevOps, and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a focus on source code management tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Github Actions, Jenkins or CircleCI)

Proficiency with Python, Bash, or Powershell and it’s ecosystem (package management, builds, dependencies)

Knowledge around container image building and container orchestration (Kubernetes)

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and infrastructure-as-code concepts (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)

Strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and security best practices
