We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for a busy Transport office.
About the Administrative Assistant Role:
- Working hours are 7am-7pm, working on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.
- Based in West Swindon
- £12.18 per hour, Weekly Pay
- Ongoing temporary role, with potential for permanent role
Duties for Administrative Assistant Role:
- Debriefing drivers, when they return from deliveries
- Answering incoming calls & emails
- Dealing with any queries with regard to delivery time slots and rescheduling
- Data entry
Experience / Attributes required for Administrative Assistant Role:
- Must have good attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Enjoy working within a busy team environment
- Competent user of Microsoft Software, including Outlook & Excel
