Job Description

We have an opportunity within the Clinical Administration Team based in the Diabetes and endocrine department in Hub 9a within the Allam Centre. This role will be based at Hull Royal Infirmary. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who will enjoy varied administration roles.

The Administrator will support the administration team to manage the end to end clinical administrative processes associated to the patient pathways, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for both the multidisciplinary team and patients, in order to deliver a high quality administration service, for our patients and customers .

The work is varied and demanding with an emphasis on accuracy, adaptability and the ability to prioritise competing workloads. As an Administrator you will be involved in the end to end patient pathway providing administrative support to our clinicians.

Our Administratorsplay a vital role in the delivery of patient care via the management of the patients end-to-end pathway and supporting the wider team. Our roles are varied and challenging and your day to day duties may include;

• Tracking patients through their journey to ensure a great patient experience
