The role of the Accounts Payable Clerk is to support cargo-partner UK and the Finance Manager in financial and administrative tasks.

Handling and receiving and posting operational and non-operational invoices

Maintain vendor master data (address, bank details, e-mail etc.)

Handling incoming dunning letters & statements, communication with vendors

Ensuring payment of invoices within the agreed payment terms

Identifying invoice disputes and resolving them in collaboration with operational department

Working in SAP, AS400 & MS Excel

Posting bank statements

Interface errors processing
