Pay Scale: £140 – £165 per day

This is an exciting opportunity for an Early Career Teacher or a Teacher with a plethora of experience. Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Adapt teaching methods to cater to the diverse needs and abilities of pupils.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes pupil progress and well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate curriculum delivery.
- Contribute to the overall school community and participate in extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
- Establish clear objectives and provide constructive feedback to support and promote pupil development.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status and experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Excellent knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities to form strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Passionate in creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Able to use appropriate behaviour management techniques to support challenging behaviours and promote a positive learning environment.
