As our Food & Beverage Team Member, you will…
· Serve guests at the bar and at tables, promoting our wide selection of drinks.
· Take orders, prepare drinks, and serve guests at tables as required.
· Maintain a clean and efficient bar and restaurant at all times, and take responsibility for helping train and assist colleagues.
· Upsell drinks and food from our menus at every opportunity in order to maximise sales in the Bar and Bistro.
