What would I be doing day to day?
Who am I supporting: Working on a busy reception area supporting the business with first class customer service
Key duties:

Dealing with all incoming calls, meeting and greeting clients and managing the meeting rooms

General administration including ordering supplies, some reporting and making hotel and travel bookings

Supporting the Team Assistants when required

Background and experience:

Experience working as a corporate receptionist preferably within financial services
