We are looking for a talented funnel builder (website designer)/ graphic designer to join our rapidly growing team based in Central Birmingham with the option to work from home 2 days per week.
The ideal candidate will manage our client's funnel’s (websites) design along with their printed marketing material. It's a challenging role in a fast paced environment with lots of opportunity to grow and manage a team along with the opportunity to join us on our company travel events to the USA annually.
We have clients all across the UK, USA and AUS in serviced based industries - predominantly Childcare.
We handle all their marketing from the initial website design (funnels), front end creatives to push traffic to the funnels right the way through to back end automations and client team training.

Responsibilities
- To build sales funnels (modern websites - full training is given as long as you have a basic understanding of website design)
- To design client marketing materials for print
- Liasing with clients to determine their requirements, timescale and scope
- Liaising with the team to ensure targets are met and the highest quality is provided to our client base
- To create graphics for internal and external use
- To adhere to brand guidelines
- To establish a detailed understanding of the user journey of our clients
- To review the full marketing process to ensure we are delivering the best results

- Daily output of graphic and web content for clients and our own brand
- Positive feedback from clients on the quality of work
- Producing innovative sales funnels for our own products and those of the client

Requirements
- Proven work experience as a graphic designer and website builder
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages
- Demonstrable graphic editing ability with a strong portfolio
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, workload management and continuity
- Relevant experience of creative graphic and web design is more important, qualifications desirable
