Right at Home Tyneside works with adults in the local community who need care and support in their own home. We can offer you full training and flexible hours that work around your availability to make sure that those who need help will get it. We are looking for people who are flexible and reliable to help us provide the highest level of outstanding care for our Client.
Duties will include:
· Motivating and empowering individuals to get the most out of their day and promoting independent living
· Providing individualised support helping to achieve goals
· Personal care
· Administering medication
· Assisting with washing and dressing
· Shopping
· Housekeeping
· Meal preparation
· Supporting with attendance to appointments, social activities and outings.
