About the Role

Working as one of our Arts Practitioner - Storytelling you will be required to develop a range of interesting and accessible arts activities for people using Sense Scotland services, external agencies, and families. Day to day you will be leading and facilitating art sessions 1-2-1 and in a group setting ensuring that all art projects/sessions are accessible to all.

You will be responsible for promoting sessions internally and externally and ensuring the wider community are aware of the great work we do through art initiatives.

We will look to you to share ideas, skills and practices with the arts team and play a part in enhancing the quality of service in this space while ensuring equipment is readily available and the area kept clean and safe.

We are seeking to recruit confident, motivated and enthusiastic Arts Practitioner - Storytelling to join our expanding team of arts professionals. This role will be based in Glasgow, required to work some evenings and weekends.

You will be an exceptional communicator, adept at responding to individuals and groups with a range of needs. You will use your creative skills and experience to design and implement a range of arts related activities responding to the interests of participants, enabling people we support to fulfill their ambitions and reach their potential.
