Job Description
The role of trainer/instructor will see you working as part of the Eve Taylor® team, based at our Head Office in Peterborough. Duties will include delivering training to therapists on and off site, development of education classes and concepts, co-ordination of educational classes as well as general education administration and building relationships with new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
· Deliver training and education to qualified therapists on-site and off-site at partnership colleges in the region and locations in the UK.
· Deliver training and education to international partners at locations in the world when required.
· Assist with the development of new educational class and concepts to enrich therapists and salon staff.
· Co-ordinate bookings of educational classes by liaising with college partnership organisations and the education team to arrange mutual dates.
· Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email communications and maintain the high standard of customer experience Eve Taylor® customers expect.
· Assist (when needed) with inbound customer education/technical enquiries orders as well as offering product advice and general support for the education team.
· Attendance at trade shows at points throughout the year if required.
Experience & Requirements
· The successful candidate will be fully qualified and hold a Beauty Therapy Level 3 or above qualification (including facial electrical). A qualification in aromatherapy is advantageous.
· At least 5 years hands-on experience within the beauty industry.
· At least 3 years training experience.
· Hold a formal training qualification in training: Award in education & training, PTLLS or 7303, CertEd, or PGCE.
· Will have experience of developing conceptual education classes to fruition.
· Fluent use and understanding of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required with the strong ability to multi-task, manage time and prioritise duties effectively within this organisation.
· A full driving license is essential.
