Are you a data driven marketing graduate obsessed about digital performance marketing? We're proud to work exclusively with the awesome brand Manuka Doctor to find their next Digital Marketing Executive to join the digital team in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
As the successful candidate, you’ll get exposure to bags of cool marketing projects as well as take the lead on digital campaigns, plus get to work with and learn from a seriously talented team.
About the role:
- You’ll be managing a range of paid digital campaigns including management of budgets, set-up, testing, campaign analysis and reporting metrics – this includes setting up Facebook Ad campaigns and Google Ads campaigns
- You’ll be involved in building, maintaining and monitoring brand content and assets across all social media and website channels, including content creation and responding to customer comments or queries
- They’ll want your good ideas to identify new digital marketing opportunities to fully optimise their brands, as well as other key marketing channels to complement existing digital marketing platforms
- You’ll also be communicating back and forth with their design team daily - although you'll get to use your creative flair, this role is much more suited to the performance marketing peeps, as a lot of the creative stuff is covered by the designers
- Because it's a small team, occasionally you'll need to take a customer phone order – everyone at Manuka Doctor muck in to help each other out and are trained to talk to customers so they can pick up the phone as and when they need to
What they're looking for:
- Ideally you’ll be a recent graduate who is data driven with a passion for digital performance marketing
- You’ll have great initiative, with an analytical mind and a methodical approach to work
- Natural enthusiasm with a proactive, solution focussed attitude
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tools – including Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Proven digital marketing campaign planning experience
- A keen eye for detail
- Experience working to a budget
- Strong team spirit
Location: The HQ is based in Hinckley, Leicestershire so you’ll need to live in close commuting distance as this is office-based. You may also get the opportunity to do some travelling in and out of the UK.
