Miller and Carter Rickmansworth is a House of Excellence which is a training restaurant for all new salaried managers.
The salary has a good basic plus a great bonus quarterly payment which the management team are achieving.
It is a 180 cover restaurant with cocktail bar and an open kitchen. We have a river running through the property which goes through the inside of the restaurant. It is stunning.
You will be managing a team of 55 team members. On a weekend night, we will have up to 26 team members working at the same time.
Part of the role will be hosting our guests, expediting the meals and checking the quality, managing the team, monitoring drink service and making sure we have the right people in the right place.
We serve the finest quality steaks, fish and chicken, grilled to perfection in a classic, stylish restaurant and we are looking for someone to help ensure our guest are delivered the outstanding service we strive to provide.
