Job Description
As a Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s website listings. You will work closely with Brand Representatives from suppliers to ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date. You will also be responsible for updating existing product availability dates using stock reports. The ideal candidate will be organised, great written communication skills, have experience working on websites previously and will be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed. Training on internal systems will be provided, but candidates must be confident working on website platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain the company’s database of products
- Ensure the product imagery and written description is up to date
- Customer Service Data Processing - updating customers by phone or email when products are delayed
- Action stock reports to ensure the website shows the correct delivery timescale
- Uploading new products via manual upload or automatic feed
- Liaise with suppliers to coordinate product launches without delay
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Fast and accurate typing speed
- Excellent organisational skills, managing your own calendar
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working on Woocommerce platforms preferred
