My client, a Real Estate Investment company is seeking a PA to join their friendly and vibrant team of professionals. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the executives and management team. You must be highly organized, detail orientated, have a positive can-do attitude, able to work at pace as well as having a positive attitude.
Duties will include:

Mange and maintain the executives’ diaries and schedules
- Book travel arrangements, to include flights, accommodation visa’s etc.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information
- Organize events and conferences
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
You will have experience in a similar role, supporting senior executives, be highly organized and able to multitask, be a self-starter and be someone who is willing to roll their sleeves up and be happy and willing to help where needed. The company offer excellent benefits as well as being based in brilliant and inviting offices.
This is a five day a week, office-based role.
